Forgot to add the St. Pat’s Races at Broken Hill to the calendar – Saturday 16 March.
And for any anglers heading eastwards at Easter – the Lake Burrendong Fishing Classic is on 29/3/24 – 31/3/24. Try and land a big one!!!

My first THIS en ’ THAT email to you all.  Here goes –

Welcome to Autumn this Friday although the weather will be very un-Autumnal me thinks! ☹

There are so many events happening in March this year for travellers to attend whether they are heading to the east coast or going west.

Attached is a calendar for the month of March with as many events as I know about included. Wentworth looks like the place to go to at Easter as it and is going to be very busy over the Easter weekend with loads of events in the area!!! I may have missed some!

I am creating a simple event calendar for each month of the year and as soon information about an event comes through, I place it on the calendar. See how it goes!

Last Saturday, Nyngan held its Bogan Carp Muster and an amazing 2510 carp were caught and removed from the river!  Fantastic result for the everyone!!

Finally – some words of wisdom – We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.
